These are the terms and conditions upon which Metal & Fitness Pty Ltd t/a Charge Crossfit (ABN 8315654671) (“Charge CrossFit”) offers it’s Reservoir Foundation Membership. By purchasing a Charge CrossFit Reservoir Foundation Membership membership, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these terms and conditions, along with the general Charge CrossFit Terms and Conditions.

This Reservoir Foundation Membership includes:

1. Three (3) months membership at the 12-month membership rate
2. Complimentary access to Charge CrossFit Northcote until the Reservoir location opens
3. Complimentary Enlightenment session if required
4. One (1) nutrition consultation and one (1) goal-setting consultation
5. One (1) limited-edition merch pack (while stocks last)
6. Access to two (2) complimentary Clinics in 2025 using the promo code provided

1. This offer is available to new members only.

2. Limited to the first 50 sign-ups.

1. The Reservoir Foundation Membership is a 3-month membership agreement.

2. Following the 3 -month period the membership will auto-renew to the month by month membership option unless otherwise notified in writing to info@chargecrossfit.com.au

3. Early cancellation terms follow the standard Charge CrossFit Membership Terms and Conditions.

4. No refunds are available for this membership offer.

1. Complimentary Clinics must be booked using the promo code provided.

2. Each Foundation Membership includes two (2) complimentary Clinic bookings in 2025.

3. Clinic spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Complimentary nutrition and goal-setting consultations must be booked and attended within the first three (3) months of membership.

1. One (1) limited-edition merch pack is included per Reservoir Foundation Membership.

2. Packs are available while stocks last and must be collected in person from the gym after the Reservoir location opens.

1. The membership, inclusions, and benefits (consultations, merch, and Clinics) are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

1. By purchasing a Foundation Membership, you agree to abide by all Charge CrossFit Membership Terms and Conditions.

2. Charge CrossFit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members.
