My partner and I dropped in for a session at Charge CrossFit, and we had the best time! The coaches were knowledgeable, motivating, and really helped us push ourselves and find the right stimulus that suited us. The community was so welcoming, and the atmosphere in the gym was incredibly positive. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Charge CrossFit is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back for sure!

The best gym in Melbourne!! I joined Charge for a week while travelling and it was one of the biggest highlights of my trip. The people, the coaches and the programming made me feel right at home in each class. While I was there, I took part in their butterfly pull up workshop. Before the workshop, practicing butterfly pull-ups was something I avoided because I never knew where to start. Ben and the team broke them down step-by-step and have given me the knowledge and confidence needed to practice them and to progress towards getting butterfly-pull ups. I also focused on practicing Bar Muscle Ups that week and with the help from Ben, Alice and all the coaches I have just got my first one after years of trying. I can’t recommend Charge enough and looking forward to dropping in when I’m in Melbourne next.
