been curious as to whom the people are that run, carry dumbbells or medicine balls up and down Arthurton Road in Northcote, you must come down to Charge and see for yourself! The best coaching and extremely knowledgeable staff that genuinely care about their members; wanting only the best for you to get stronger and fitter whilst learning the fun skills & techniques of Olympic lifting and gymnastics (amongst other things)- even if you’re a novice!
