Frequently asked questions

Do we need to be fit or have experience?
No. The On-Ramp sessions are privately coached and designed for beginners or people returning to training. We meet you where you’re at.
What if we are at different levels of fitness and skill?
That’s completely normal. Our community is full of people at different levels. That’s the beauty of CrossFit! All workouts and movements are completely scalable and each person is coached individually within the sessions so you both progress safely and confidently at your own pace.
What if it doesn’t feel like the right fit?
That’s okay. Your first month of training is backed by our comfort guarantee, so there’s no pressure to continue if it’s not right for you. You’ll need to let us know though. No ghosting!
What if I don’t have a friend to start with?
That’s completely fine. You’re still welcome to start on your own — we’ll pair you with coaching and support to help you feel confident from day one.
